Pros
A very fast-paced business, with lot's of opportunity for personal growth, and great autonomy. Better suited for those who are driven and willing to show initiative and take on great responsibility.
Cons
Not really a con but more a consideration - it's one of those rare companies that don't have an outdated 9-5 mindset. It's a startup environment where sometimes you're in charge of producing the strategy, and executing it at the same time. So you've got to be willing to learn new skills if you find yourself outside of your comfort zone, or simply ask for support from management.
