      Pros

      This job us great. Almost no one is there now due to the pandemic. They moved thier people off site quickly and had only a few people come back to the office, the ones where it would be impossible to work from home.

      Pros

      Working in anime and entertainment industry. Most people great to work with.

      Cons

      Revolving-door management. After merger with Crunchyroll, it all went downhill. For every problem they think adding a middle micro manager is a solution instead of people who can actually get the work done.
