Pros
Great international environment, distributed on multiple countries across Europe. Very good project management professionals. Good relationship network in European Commission and countries where they operate. Great work-life balance since there is no obligation to show up at central office and team members are spread in different locations or work from home.
Cons
Leadership is fully operational and does not devote sufficient time and attention to actually building the company and preparing for growth. Inability to scale the company. Inability to manage people: blame is a constant. Very slow or no progression in salary also for long-term (10y+) employees or freelance collaborators.
