Training is pretty horrendous they just have current employees shadow and hope they catch on
Seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing in this company
They do reviews by asking the employees you are shadowing what do they think
It’s a typical small business they hire a bunch then layoff in 3 months
Individuals in the company are racists
Exp. Heard someone in management say that Juneteenth isn’t a real holiday
Odd place to work
Nobody seems to know what going on
They lie to there clients tell them they have the money to fund there projects when they really don’t and make them wait until finders can provide them the money so they can send out the funds
Tell employees to lie to clients and not tell them that the company has no money
Very unethical practices going on
Company is in a bad spot so seems they will keep hiring and firing
