- Autonomy given to implement ideas and execute - Opportunity to learn by doing and have chance to work on different varied projects - Bosses and managers are nice and collaborative - Growth plan is exciting as the company is expanding to new markets and verticals, which is great to experience first hand

- Can continue to hire more team members to fuel the growth of company, as workload can be heavier at peak periods

Made friends along the way, some nice people, fun sometimes

Cons

Repairing equipment that need to be thrown away, hosting events and putting ourselves at risk because we facilitate events where clients are rough but we dont have safety equipment etc etc
