      The district is progressive and seeks to do what's best for children and students. The benefits and wellness program is very good. The district pays well and recognizes contributions that go above and beyond.

      Cons

      The demands of the district in addition to the general societal demands upon educators can be overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
