Good management and good company!

Nothing bad to say about this place.

The people that we hire are very sweet and nice, and you can make great friends working here but thats it.

My experience with Full Steam Staffing was extremely disappointing. Upper management is a complete mess — toxic, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. Despite working on the East Coast, everything is micromanaged out of California by people who clearly don’t trust their team or understand how to lead effectively. There’s constant backstabbing and gossip between departments, especially between Sales and upper leadership. Instead of collaboration, there’s plotting, secrecy, and a total lack of direct communication. The environment is stressful and unsustainable — they don’t know how to keep good employees because they treat people like disposable tools. If Full Steam ever wants to succeed long term, they need to completely clean house in upper management and start valuing the people actually doing the work. Until then, I would not recommend anyone waste their time or energy here.
