10yThanks for the feedback, and I am sorry that you feel that way. I am not aware of the precise situation where you are, but as a whole Fujitsu is growing fast and positively - especially in EMEIA, South America and in Asia. This is on the back of some excellent leadership (it is why I joined the business!), outstanding customer service (it is why customers want to work with us), and great employee benefits (it is why we are able to retain the talent we have). We have a "Values-driven" culture, driven from the top, and at the moment are in the middle of rolling out a "Value of the Month" initiative (this month is "Integrity"!). In the UK, we have also just been awarded "Responsible Business of the Year" by the external organisation, "Business in the Community" - we must be doing something right!
