Pros

There are many projects under way, although its easy to get trapped up a smelly backwater in a Native American vessel with no means of propulsion.

Cons

There are many cons. My motto for Fujitsu Services was "Smart people; dumb company". The fact that this motto rang bells for everybody I worked with speaks to its truth. Politics is rife, proving day after day that who you know is far more important than what you know or how good you are at doing your job. Small cliques form round key individuals and plotting, intrigues, misinformation, and undermining of one's position is par for the course every day you work here. As a mid-level manager I was bemused that one of these political operators tried to steal my job, on three separate occasions! Most of the technical people and consultants I worked with were very good, but middle and senior management were incompetent; it almost seemed as if the more incompetent you were the greater the likelihood of being promoted. I formed the view that this was entirely due to the ICL Old Boy network, and I usually refer to the company as "Old ICL" as I hate to tarnish the good name of Fujitsu with the bad habits and practices that these old ICL bosses brought to the workplace. Not all was rosy at the technical level either. Some technical staff performed to the letter of their assignment, but still left you with the original problem unsolved, Really not helpful. Certainly the worst large company I ever worked for. Shakespeare could have written a series of plays about this company, "Theatre of Blood" would be a good title.
