Pros

Relaxed working atmosphere. Good salary, compensation and benefits. Invest a lot in (new) employees and their development. As employee you get a lot of chances to take new challenges and gain new experiences, so that you can develop yourself the way you want. Internatonal company, easy to work abroad if you want. A lot of Global roles available, especially for specialists / managers on a mid-career level.

Cons

The company needs to develop their maturity level. Furthermore, inside Fujitsu you have the chance to be very self-employed / independent, but for young employees this could also be difficult: Sometimes more structure fits better to younger employees.
