Pros

I learned a lot on the job, not having been trained in chemical engineering. My manager was very supportive and invested in my growth.

Cons

The company is in an unstable market. There are still plenty of kinks to iron out to optimize fuel cell performance but there is constant pressure to sell and make a profit. We can't do real research and make money at the same time.
