      Great Benefits : Unlimited PTO, Unlimited Sick Time, create your own schedule (as long as you get your 8 hours in the day)

      Cons

      Unlimited pto is first come first serve. (Everybody can’t be off on one day) sooo they set a certain amount of time that is available

      Hybrid NYC office, 3x a week in office

      Cons

      Insulated environment, hard to communicate with other teams. No directions from upper management after acquisition, tech is outdated and bare bones, everyone is working on bandages and there is no move for innovation.
