Mid-level management is a major issue. Most of the mid-level managers are stuck to the position from long term so no growth to the people at grass root. HR department is a major concern. No active/proactive communication from HR with actual project execution teams. Expectation from employee is that, always employee should go and approach HR for anything. and HR not at all proactively communicating/ even talking to people at ground. IT team is totally hopeless. Ambitious peoples from IT department cannot stay here more than a year. Not at all worth to join FTCASH. They found peoples adding real opinion about HR(which is worse), so they are asking to add some fake reviews about HR, even managers force to login your account in play store and add review. HR don't know any policy. person to person policy changes here.
