Fast paced left alone do job and ypu dont have to talk to anyone, off at 230pm

No upward movement in company they dont hire inside worker into hire positions, keep u separate from coorperate workers in same building nextdoor, xmas bonus only if u go to xmas party

Large company resources i.e: tools, equipment, inventory, in-house engineers, large custom tin shop, great potential!

Lacks VISION and appreciation for those who earn the money. Profit seems to stay at the top, raises are extremely rare for hourly. Push hard to achieve and you may get a $2.00 burrito as your thank-you. Seems like NO teamwork, lots of private workers in the same building. Also seems like NO included benefits, you pay for everything offered, just at a discount. Won't stay long.
