Pros
Frontier has a financial processes and systems in place. Responsibilities and tasks were well-defined. Collegiate environment. People work hard and try to help each other, for the most part.
Cons
Finance needs to invest in better reporting tools. Company can be bureaucratic, with several reporting layers. Work environment was fine but management could be more flexible and allow for flexible hours / work-from-home options.
