Pros
Flexible hours (for many positions), nice coworkers, work from home option (for some positions), challenging work for those interested in advancement, growing opportunities as the company grows (international), nice facilities, great location, President handed out masks to all employees (enough for our families too) when COVID hit / company cares, benefit costs don't keep going up each year like at my last job - the employer absorbs the increase in benefit costs so the employees don't have to pay more.
Cons
Some employees have a negative attitude, but I think that happens everywhere.
