Pros
Good place to work if you need experience. Fast paced projects and experiments expose you to many different instruments and methods. You get to interact with clients and write reports so there's the possibility of improving that aspect of yourself if you want. The company seems to be growing steadily.
Cons
Poor communication, inconsistencies in management, heavy workload, stressful environment, nonexistent company culture, not enough resources, bad compensation for overtime work, high turnover rate. Degrees seem to matter more than performance, inadequate and inconsistent training. Managers are bad at delegating but it varies based on whose group you are in.
