Pros
Part-time hours (30) with high earning potentials
Cons
Steer clear from this company. In the year and a half I was there, I saw the most appalling and illegal things. Fresh & Healthy was recreated, by the same owner, of a scam company called Yo Naturals (google it). The scamming didn't stop there. Nick Yates owns the company but put a stand in CEO (so Nick's name isn't connected to the new company), who has since been pushed out and two other CEO's have taken his place, most recently Alex Kennedy (puke). That's just from the top. Territory Managers were illegally misclassified as employees and independent contractors. When Nick was active in the first year I was there, he used to scream and curse at the managers like they were worthless leaving managers in tears and defeated. Everyone who left in the first year ended up suing FHV and Nick. The revolving door spun faster than a Mary Go Round. The upside and the reasons why top producers stayed was because the hours were part-time and the incentives to close deals were good. You got paid weekly and everyone who was really good at it would make at least $4-5k a month and upwards of $10-15k. That changed dramatically since I left, the pay structure is no longer the same. But everyone gets tired of the drama and insanity that comes with being a part of this company. They may have changed somewhat, become more legal in their culture, but it's all based around the same key people. And the owner wants to sell the company so badly and every time they are close, potential buyer are smart enough to figure it out. I feel really bad for franchisees, over priced machines and FHV just burns them in so many ways. If these potential operators/franchisees got their accountant to look closely at this company/contract, no one would become a franchisee, no one.
