Pros
If you work as a server or in management, you'll have some decent job security and will make a livable wage. If not, you're out of luck. The staff parties are fun.
Cons
- Fresh as a restaurant is the revolving door of hosts and prep cooks. They hire an excessive amount of entry-level full-time employees during their peak seasons and fire them for seemingly arbitrary reasons as the slower service industry months come along. - Potentially keeping your job is less about your aptitude, and more on whether you are friends with upper management. - Assistant Managers get very nasty with staff; I've seen on multiple occasions my coworkers subjected to their tirades- reduced to tears over a simple miscommunication. - Fresh's clientele is among one of the most privileged and demanding I've seen in the industry thus far. - The male owner of Fresh often leers at female coworkers.
