Fresenius Kabi Grand Island has become too big for itself. Management doesn't care about employees, even superficially. We have been told that we are replacable. At the helm of the packaging department is a misogynistic dictator who communicates only to remind us of how incompetent we all are. Nothing is done to the satisfaction of the dictator. This company is driven purely on numbers and they will skip over protocols to achieve their goals. Chewing up and spitting out employees is the name of the game and the environment has declined steadily over the last few years. Equipment in packaging and inspection is antiquated and held together with tape and fingers crossed. Mandatory overtime has been in place for the better part of a year. Health time will be deducted If you can't make it in. If you have a problem with the atmosphere of the workplace you can take a trip to HR where you will get nothing resolved!
