-good learning experience and exposure to the industry -good team mates

-I have not been paid since August 2022 - the last 7 months and they have not given any updated on when I will be paid -I've tried to discuss it with the management, but they keep saying they will pay and still have not -HR is unsure how to assist and manage the situation. -The CEO has not taken any action or responded to the employees' inquiries. -Poor management -Low pay for a lot of work that they don't even have the money to pay for
