They are cool for sure

I mean, they are very cool

Great customer service, quick response from HR department, 24hr help, delivers payment early most months, paid bi-weekly, no competing for orders simply take whatever is open, decent pay at $38-80 for resume and cover letter, enough time to complete work (4 and half days on average)

Clients are able to add on to order after placing (rarely happens) but when they do it's annoying. Client can cancel order up to 30 days after work is completed and money is removed from account (happened to me 1 time in 6 months). If client cancels order they will take amount from your earnings that month as a penalty, even if you did excellent job. Some clients you simply cannot please, this happened to me 3 times in 6 months, so it is not often. Just push through
