Pros

I've met some of the smartest people I've ever worked with here. And the fact that we get to work on client projects that matter to the world gives us a great shared sense of meaning. When I got here, I expected to work on some "do good" things, but those have been almost 100% of my projects. There's ton of focus here on wellness and social team building. Our Chief of Staff is constantly organizing relaxing or cultural or service things to do. I guess this is both a pro and a con but there's a bit of looseness in process around here. If you're willing to blaze your own path, there's a lot to do and learn. If you're not, you can get a bit lost.

Cons

There's been a lot of change here in the last 18 months. We have a new CEO, a new COO, a new Head of Culture. The new management team is moving fast, sometimes maybe too fast. With all the pressures to get big projects done, it can be stressful to also have to adapt to so many new systems, processes and people.

Pros

- Great client portfolio (mainly nonprofits & other organizations doing good) - Fully work-from-home - Great coworkers

Cons

- Organization sometimes struggles with process; bottlenecks can lead to overworking in some months and underworking in others - Working with team members in many different time zones extends feedback cycles; clients always need to be reminded about this
