Pros

5 years at Fram, no major complaints. Good life/work balance, bonuses, and good environment for the most part. Friends in the warehouse worked their ways up to better pay grades, but my advice is to make sure you get noticed by management. Fram posts different positions to employees, giving you opportunities for more income, but you need to get noticed. Would recommend.

Cons

They keep you busy, need to get noticed to move up

Pros

Fram is a decent place and makes a good entry level that gives you a chance to move up. After about a year I got promoted into a slightly better pay bracket. There's regular bonuses and a few good perks. Their weekend policy is an example and you don't have to work more than 2 consecutive Saturdays every year. It was good to finally have medical. As far as the employees most were cool but I had some issues with a few.

Cons

Had a few issues with some new hires. It can get hot in the summer but nothing too crazy.
