      Pros

      Nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no training, very low wages, awful benefits, no advancement or wage increases. Too much backstabbing going on. President is like a two year old with constant temper tantrums. Only work here if you like being humiliated and belittled on a daily basis.

      Pros

      Management is pretty transparent about things. 8 hour days, weekends and holidays off. Work doesn’t follow you home and I’ve never been given a hard time for having to call out or leave early for something

      Cons

      As a contract manufacturer, the amount of work they have can be inconsistent, sometimes you’re swamped and sometimes you’re twiddling your thumbs.

      Cons

      Toxic people and environment. Owner Kevin and Sheryl are easily the worst people I have ever encountered. There is not a dollar amount on this planet that would get me to return to this place. I caution heavily again this place.
