Pros
If you want to learn new things, it's a good company. Because you will write at least 10 support letters per day, yoh will fill tons of documents. It's a good company as a start job, but not to build your career.
Cons
If you're not good with your vocabulary and grammar, don't go there. They are very strict and don't allow mistakes. There is no career options. You can stay case worker for 10 years. Salary is not enough.
