All are Pros as its a super large company employee friendly environment, benefits especially work from home and on time salary,LTA, healthcare, saturday sundays off other calender holidays, cab facilities, apraisals,bonus, etc along with other benefits. festival gifts for employees. You are your boss at work we have complete freedom on the work we do but need to submit it on time. All above this the management respects all employees. And all are treated as same.
