Unlike law firms in fields such as corporate litigation or criminal defense, Fragomen provides a very laid-back, comfortable environment to work in. You work as a team with fellow paralegals, administrative assistants, as well as the attorneys, and the team works together to achieve a goal.
Cons
There's always a lot of work to be done so not very good work-life balance. Work can be mundane and boring from time to time.
