Cons
There is no established creative process, nor an understanding of design in the Ad Sales group. This allows toxicity, disrespect, and to run through and through. It's the blood of the department. The technology used is 5-10 years behind other agencies and companies. No project management tools, barely any usage of Adobe programs, and no one willing to change or learn new processes or software. Communication is very lacking. Egos get in the way of everyone's decision making. High-level execs sabotage the company on purpose, and sabotage each other, abusing the lower level employees to fix the problems they begin, and getting all the good credit. The level of nepotism, corruption, and straight up abuse is absolutely shocking. Morale is incredibly low, the lowest I've ever experienced working anywhere.
