      Administration takes feedback seriously, reviews are handled fairly. Hours are reasonable

      If teaching, vacation time mimics the students, so not very flexible but still a decent amount of time off.

      Small college with strong sense of community. Nice, clean facility. Qualified faculty in program based on work experience.

      Poor technology. Minimal educational support for faculty. Few faculty with strong educational background.
