It's really easy to get hired since employees leave on such a regular basis. The work I did stripping foundations was physically demanding but simple and mindless
Cons
Work is extremely hard and hours are inconsistent. Also, the family that makes up the majority of the higher ups in the company treat everyone like dirt and consider their workers to be very expendable. And 14hr shifts on a Saturday after working on average 4-5hrs every other day that week is not cool.
- Able to work on some projects for the artists
- Handling phone calls allows you to get a feel for the management day-to-day
- Good people
- Awesome artists
- Free shows
Cons
- Didn't get enough hands-on work
- Phone calls took up much of the day
- Very hard to become employee, small company, tons of intern turnover
