Foundation is a growth-driven organization with lots of opportunities across roles for growth and development. You'll feel great about logging in to work each day and meeting with the team on our daily huddle - we're a global team, but our communication and culture are strong. We genuinely love showing up for each other and our clients each day. Vacation benefits are one of the biggest perks to me, in addition to the autonomous, flexible environment to get your work done - with the ability to get the other things done in your day that you need to as well (kid pick-ups, gym, appointments) - you largely own your own schedule.
Cons
It's not everyone's cup of tea to juggle multiple projects and sometimes competing priorities. If project and time management aren't strong skills, you could struggle in an agency environment.
