Creative Banking offered, very personalized to clients. Most of the products are of good quality, the website is overall strong.

The bank is too small and unstable, not well funded, in my opinion. They hire commercial bankers at a high rate of salary, but what they really want are small business bankers at a low rate. As soon as the banker brings several large accounts over they get rid of them and give the portfolio to a banker or team member getting paid half of the competitive rate.
