The people who have been working here are all amazing, they genuinely want to see you succeed. Every person I ever asked to help we with a task did everything in their power to help me learn and understand what I was having trouble with no questions asked. Most people here are some of the best at what they do. They have great training and support within the office. They have a long training program so I felt very educated and ready to make the career change. I had a business plan and I was excited about being an entrepreneur and starting my own business. My friends and family love me and the idea of working in a financial services field to help them. The know and like and trust me and of course I want to give them the best advise and the Mentors and partners support me and work with my client base. They have marketing support and specialists in the office as a resource to me and my clients. The compensation is the best plan that I have seen so far in the industry, and the renewals are very high.

It's running a business so its not a 9-5 job right off the bat. But I can go play golf with clients and have outdoor events during the day so that makes it fun and enjoyable. Some days I work longer then others, it's a serious business and my clients know that I have to put in the hours to give them the attention that they need and to grow my business.
