      Small company Most work done by interns Limited learning opportunities Mostly self-learning required Seniors provide little guidance Company devices are outdated Bringing your own laptop is not allowed

      Pros

      Boss are nice Free lunch Low workload Friendly to beginner (even if you don't know how to code, they'll teach you) Easy to get hired (Still get hired for low GPA, no CS degree and no working experience)

      Cons

      office a bit old and small computer are slow and old, still use windows 7 with 4gb RAM only hire intern (salary is government subsidy)
