Pros
I onboarded with Fortified May of 2020 during Covid19. The onboarding experience went smoothly. I felt like even though I was working remote that I still had to opportunity get to know others in the organization. At the time I did feel that Fortified went above and beyond to show that they valued their employees.
Cons
The pros above changed when myself and another team member were suddenly laid off. I worked for over a year to secure this job. I was laid off and told that the department was moving in a "different direction". I was not offered to move to a new role in the company. I was simply told that my skills not longer fit with the direction the company was moving towards. In the beginning I felt that Fortified had my best interest as an employee at heart. IN THE END THEY DID NOT!
