My time at this company has been a mixed journey. While there have been moments of fulfillment and exciting challenges, there have also been times when I felt stagnant and disconnected from the bigger picture. The environment and projects have a lot of potential to inspire, but there's an opportunity for the organization to better support employees' personal and professional growth. Pros: Involvement in creative and unique international projects. Amazing people to work with—colleagues are supportive, talented, and fun. A positive, fun environment with a hybrid work option that offers flexibility.
Cons
Limited opportunities for growth and development, which can feel demotivating. Managers don't always include employees in the full work process, leading to a sense of disconnect. At times, the work environment feels unproductive, which is disappointing given the potential of the projects. The most significant issue has been the layoffs—over 15 people were let go in less than six months, which is concerning for a company of around 130 employees. It creates instability and uncertainty among the staff.
