The people and product make Forethought a fun and exciting place to work. Everyone here is really friendly, dedicated and smart. The product really shows how useful ai can be and provides really value to customers. I like the fact we are small and nimble. We are able to react really quickly and are building our the company and process on a daily basis. I find this fun. Monthly Forethought for you days are a great idea.
Cons
Depending on how you like startup life, you'll either love it or hate it. We move fast and have the opportunity to make an impact. This can be hard at times but keeps life interesting. If you don't like being agile and working in a fast paced environment where at times you need to firefight, then Forethought may not be for you.
