Poor management. - Territory Manager Force Recruitment Employee Review

Pros: Local role with potential for growth (on paper). Some initial enthusiasm from management during hiring process.

Cons: Role was misrepresented during recruitment; promised account management but was primarily sales under high pressure. Extremely high and unrealistic expectations with little support. Team morale was very low; environment felt toxic and family-run with favouritism. Lack of transparency and fairness—felt like a scapegoat for deeper issues. Shortly after my departure, most of the team also left, which speaks volumes.

Very fair salary. Great team environment where everyone is happy to help and give their opinions. Work is done to the best of everyone's ability so it's a great, hard working environment to learn and grow in.

More fun at the office is definitely welcomed. Parking is limited, wouldn't say this would be a reflection on the company though.
