Good place to work for 6 months or less. If you lower your expectations of length of employment it might not seem to bad for you.
Cons
The CEO micromanages and trolls his employees. Since ForbesBros is headquartered in Canada, all the American workers in the states are treated like 2nd class employees. The management is treated like rental equipment that’s off rent and they can’t get rid of you fast enough.
The day to day drama is too much to deal with. There is always someone getting fired or quitting. Promised raises that never end up on your paycheck is nice too. Massive turnover. The fingerprinting is overwhelming. Dumpster fires all around you.
It’s a complete clown show.
