A key aspect of this commitment is our active engagement in collecting and recycling clothing. In 2023 alone, we successfully diverted 5.7 million items of used fashion from landfills. We also understand from your review that there were aspects of your experience with us that did not meet your expectations. We are genuinely sorry to hear that, and want you to know that we take feedback from our employees, past and present, very seriously. We acknowledge that we always have room to grow and improve. We are far from perfect, and as a small and growing start up, we make mistakes. However, greenwashing is not one of them.
