Pros

The new CEO took two culturally strong brands in Bravo and Brio and stripped them away based on saving dollar bills that he through at the screen. We had our opportunities yes, but don't come in and change menus based on your preferences and never listen to the Guest or the employees that built these wonderful brands. True narcissism. We had really good people and they are all leaving in droves. It is a mess, especially at the home office. Only three, yes three people are transferring from Columbus to the Orlando office. The leadership sent out us all an email outlining this. Made us all feel crappy and sorry for those that are staying. It is like a house on fire so stay away.

Cons

So many to mention with FoodFrist. Poor leadership at the top, first. Focus is on labor and not saving money in obvious areas like overnighting menu ingredients and last-minute menus. No marketing strategy. Training was stripped away. Recipes are complicated and tasteless. Sales are dropping with Guest Counts. We were down over 30% this year and was told not to do any local marketing.

Pros

I had not found 1 single pro since working there. I tried hard to find it.

Cons

Company is run by a bunch of idiots. I could tell immediately upon being hired exactly what I was in for only I didn't realize it would be worse than that! They paid almost 10k to have me train in Las Vegas putting me up in a hotel. To only shut down 41 stores after being in my own restaurant for 45 days? Terminated over the telephone, sorry as of close of business the restaurant is closing for good. No last check, its been 3 days since nobody really has an answer either as to what exactly is going to happen with that. State law requires upon termination that you must be paid out immediately or each day that goes by you must be paid a days wages while waiting. Let's see how that goes. Anyone that doesn't get paid we need to file a class action lawsuit. Company is on it's 3rd CEO in how long? The prior CEO Brad Blum is a complete moron and the new one is no better. When asked on a teleconference call a week ago if restaurants had to completely shut down what does that mean for the employees.... "we haven't decided on that yet" REALLY? 2 days later closed!!
