      Focus Marketing provides a management training program that instills a great opportunity for professional growth. It is also a fun work environment for young leaders and entrepreneurs who are looking to one day start their own business.

      Cons

      Reaching office standards may be difficult at times. As in most jobs that revolves around sales, there are days that will not go well. Understanding how to market the product and truly understanding how to operate the marketing system is necessary to become successful in this business.

      Pros

      The team environment, the energy, the atmosphere to learn something new every day. Unlimited growth and upward mobility. I love how much I’ve learned and improved on my public speaking as well as my leadership skills since I’ve started.

      Cons

      Not a typical work week. We work longer hours then the typical 9-5 job but that’s expected in business.

      You are given a lot of flexibility and upper management provides you the chance to move up from within the company.

      Cons

      If you do not like door-to-door sales than this is not the position for you.
