      friendly atmosphere from management to a great extend. paid on time

      Cons

      partiality from management side towards specific employees. job security very low terminating employees without prior notice period. if any employee has an issue with management's fav employee, it will end up with terminating that employee for silly reasons.

      Pros

      Lots of new things to learn daily with the software the company uses. Loved trouble shooting and solving problems and implementing new features to use the HR software in a more efficient way

      Cons

      Payroll employees were very leery of the changes, even though it made things more efficient
