We're sorry that communication across departments, employee appreciation, and management styles didn't meet the mark during your time with us, and we take on board your point about recognising people's skills and being open to ideas for improvement - that kind of feedback is genuinely valuable, and we don't want people to feel unheard when they suggest ways to do things better.
