No value for employees. Treated as just a tool to get things done. Employee turnover rate would be highest here in the market. No job security. You can be hired and fired any given day. Quality of projects delivered is minimal. Multiple projects at a time which is good for exposure and experience but lacks in quality. No proper execution of projects No proper documentation of projects affecting the work flow and deliverables. False promises on hike. Now this is just a honest review, they might come with a false justification to this review, but this is just a genuine review .
