The work-life balance is a joke. You're strictly required to come to the office at set hours, but don’t even think about leaving on time. The “product” you’re supposed to be working on? No one seems to know how to build it, so you're just stuck endlessly working without any real progress.
Management doesn’t seem to value employees' time. They love the "9-to-9" mentality, but no one can figure out what you’re actually supposed to be doing.
