Pros
* Fluent has a very positive working environment. The people there are friendly and work together very well, and generally there is minimal interpersonal conflict (which was very refreshing coming from some other places I've worked at). People at all positions generally work for the good of the company and for the good of each other rather than to advance personal ambitions, and there really isn't much competition between individuals. * Management is very receptive for feedback, and comprised of decent people that care about the employees * For a startup, the workload isn't super intense. While some people may come in nights and weekends to take care of cells and other tasks, you generally won't exceed 50 hours/week here.
Cons
* It is a startup, so direction can change quickly. Projects can get canned with short notice due to changing business needs, so be prepared for that. * People tend to be a bit undermanaged, which can be a plus or minus depending on the person * With the current economy and new CEO the future is a little more uncertain, though the positive things about this company seem to be continuing
