All the teams work very well together. There is never a dumb questions, you can go up to anyone in the entire company and ask questions and they will stop what they are doing to help you. Very positive atmosphere and growing very quickly. Upper management has an open door policy. If you ever need to talk, need help or have a quick question they will give you their full attention! Work hours are typically 8am-5pm We have weekly team meetings and a monthly company meeting

Training new employees is a weakness. But we are working together to launch a new on-boarding program this year, to ensure all new employees have the most up to date training and will be set up for success.
