I have had 2 years of experience working with this company. Offers 25 to 30 % commission on sale of swimming coaching sessions. Location close to Deira City Center.

Employee facilities are pretty much basic. Accommodation is shared with at least 3 more people.I left because of internal politics in my department.

Very Good work environment but

no job security, Decision making depends to two or three, lack of empowerment for staff
